The Yonex Voltric 7 Ling Dan Badminton Racquet provides a new concept of power and control using the Tri-Voltage System. Its goal is to provide exceptional power and great handling. Traditionally, extra weight at the top of the racket frame has increased power while reducing maneuverability or control from the player. In contrast, less weight on the top of the racket frame increases speed but reduce power. Yonex solves this problem by using the new TRI-VOLTAGE SYSTEM to successfully combines the contrasting characteristics of exceptional power and control. Within the TRI-VOLTAGE SYSTEM, Tungsten inserts are positioned at the 2 and 10 o'clock positions of the frame, and at the T-Joint area. Tungsten provides more than 10 times the relative density of graphite, allowing the sides of the frame to be thinner and more aerodynamic and therefore achieving the combination of heavy smashes and swing speed or fast racket handling. |

POWER: 5% increase in smashing power. The two and ten o'clock positions of the VOLTRIC frame are formed with a stiff structure that maximizes the bending power of the head. The side of the frame is thinner allowing the frame to bend more. These two characteristics work together to transfer maximum energy to the shuttle, allowing the player to unleash heavy power smashes.

AGILITY: The Control Support Cap provides 88% wider flat surface compared with an ordinary racquet for easy gripping, fast swing-through and the quickest manoeuvrability. Moving some of the weight at the top of the frame tot the T-Joint area removes any unbalanced feeling while retaining flexibility at the head allow free and smooth handling.
