The Black Knight Radium PSX Squash Racquet is an evolution of the popular Galaxy PS Squash Racquet. It features the same frame shape and size but weighs 140g with a fairly head light balance. The Radium is a solid racquet that will play fairly quickly due its head light balance. Its large 500 cm2 head helps produce power and also gives the racquet a nice large sweet spot making it fairly easy to play with. The Ion racquets use Nano-Crystalline Technology (NCT) as an additive to the polymer structure of the graphite frame, for reinforcement at key stress points while allowing for finetuning of the weight and balance. The combination of NCT with the Ion frame geometry also effectively reduces frame distortion and torque for a larger sweetspot and greater control for hard hitters. The Power of 6 means that at each stage of development the frame was analyzed under stress at 6 key points, with the resulting data used to fine tune the model until the best performance results were achieved for the composition and geometry of the model.
